  • Hotel and activity recommendations are hand-vetted from a network of partners, reviewed regularly for quality, reliability, and fit. Recommendations are based on advisor training, industry partnerships, and destination knowledge so you can feel confident in the quality and fit.

  • You’ll receive a personalized digital trip guide from Tide + Timber Travel depending on your planning selection — mobile-friendly and designed just for your trip and a few extras to make the most of your days. It’s easy to reference on the go, or printable if you prefer paper in hand.

  • I love sharing extras like scenic drives, seasonal experiences, favorite small businesses, or nature spots that don’t always show up in guidebooks. These recommendations are handpicked for your destination.

  • Help is available if something unexpected comes up. You can reach out by text or email for quick support before your trip.

    During-trip support is focused on emergencies and coordination. For real-time assistance, reminders, and concierge help, see Signature Concierge Planning or add-on options.

    • Signature Concierge Planning: Design, booking, and in-trip support are handled seamlessly from start to finish.

  • 4 — Review & Finalize

    • You’ll review recommendations or itinerary drafts and request changes based on what’s included in your selected tier.

  • 5 — Final Details & Pre-Trip Preparation

    • Before departure, you’ll receive finalized confirmations, travel documentation, and any pre-trip guidance included with your selected planning tier — so you know exactly what to expect before you go.

  • 6 — Travel With the Right Level of Support
