Tide and Timber Travel Terms & Conditions

By using Tide and Timber Travel (“we,” “us,” or “our”) services or website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before engaging our services.
1. Services Provided
Tide + Timber Travel provides personalized travel planning services, which may include:
  • Trip research and recommendations
  • Itinerary creation
  • Booking assistance (hotels, transportation, activities)
  • Optional premium services (day-of support, dining reservations, custom kits, etc.)
Note: Some services, such as restaurant or activity reservations, do not provide commissions to the advisor. Any fees charged reflect planning, research, and convenience, not markups on the service itself.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
  • Provide accurate and complete information needed for trip planning
  • Make timely payments for services and bookings
  • Follow travel provider policies (hotels, airlines, tours, etc.)
3. Payment & Fees
  • All service fees are outlined in your selected tier or add-on package.
  • Payments are due according to the schedule provided during booking.
  • Additional fees may apply for changes, cancellations, or special requests.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • Service fees are generally non-refundable once work begins (e.g., itinerary creation, booking confirmations).
  • Trip cancellations are subject to vendor cancellation policies. Tide + Timber Travel is not responsible for penalties, delays, or refunds imposed by third-party providers.
5. Limitation of Liability
  • Tide + Timber Travel acts as a travel advisor and consultant, not as the travel provider.
  • We are not liable for: delays, cancellations, personal injury, or property loss during travel.
  • Clients assume responsibility for their actions and compliance with travel regulations, laws, and safety recommendations.
6. Data & Privacy
  • Personal information may be processed and stored by Fora and other service providers as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • Clients consent to the collection and use of data necessary to provide travel planning services.
7. U.S.-Only Services
  • Our services are intended for U.S. residents only. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals outside the United States.
8. Changes to Terms
  • We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
